Kapiti Coffee Company's best roast coming up! Keeping it local at Cafe Par-tee

With PartyPerfect bursting at the seams, we needed more commercial kitchen space.
It so happened that the Waikanae Golf Club also needed a caterer for the club.
Seems it was a perfect match...

Thank you also to Luc, Rinette and Carol who helped me manage front of house, Marietjie and my team of Chefs in the kitchen, and Pete, who was just everywhere!

And the stars of our menu: Wild food from the Kapiti Region!
