Thanks to Jeff & Cathy Whitfield we used our Chef to the  rescue service this week-end.
Here is the lifeline PartyPerfect threw out for their event when their chef took ill:


1. PartyPerfect Brown Onion chutney & Bourdin Chevre goats cheese Vol-au-vents;
2. Smoked salmon and cream cheese blini
3. Kransky sausage and basil pesto crostini
4. Smoked chicken, brie & cranberry jelly Melba toast
5. Sausage, cheese and cherry tomato skewers
6. Petit Fours: Lemon Meringue, Choc Caramel, Passionfruit-Mango, and Berry Crumble

Cheese board:
Kapiti Te Horo Swiss, Kapiti Kikorangi, Brie
Chicken liver & cognac pate, Crackers &  fruit
PartyPerfect's quince jelly, fig jelly and feijoa relish

Antipasti:
Danish salami, Pastrami, Feta, Olives, Roasted capsicum, Artichoke hearts and Crusty Chiabata, Creamed balsamic and virgin olive oil
